Angelica, Chuckie & Tommy: Stars of Rugrats to Meet Area Kids in Bemidji
Nickelodeon, the number one entertainment brand for kids and Paul Bunyan Communications invite area kids to meet Angelica, Chuckie and Tommy, stars of Nickelodeon's iconic animated series Rugrats, on May 23 at Paul Bunyan Communications. The Nickelodeon costumed characters will be roaming about the Paul Bunyan Communications Cooperative Celebration in twenty-minute intervals from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Angelica, Chuckie and Tommy will also be available to pose with kids and families to take photos.
Since premiering in 1991, Rugrats has emerged as a TV phenomenon and a formidable franchise including two box office hits – The Rugrats Movie and Rugrats in Paris. Rugrats is about life from a baby's point of view. The cast of the Rugrats include Tommy, the one-year-old hero; his best friend and fraidy cat, Chuckie; Tommy’s baby brother Dil; the twins from next door, Phil and Lil; and Tommy's bratty cousin Angelica. The Rugrats' world is one that exists below our knees; where mundane things turn into grand, comic adventures.
The show airs during The Splat programming block– weeknights from 11 p.m.-7 a.m. on Teen Nick on PBTV Channel 231.
