The Northern Light Opera Company -- Making Music Fun in the Minnesota North Woods.

WHO WE ARE:
Volunteers from the area come together as singers, musicians, set builders, costume makers, ushers, in countless ways to bring the magic of light opera to life on stage. Past productions have included: The Mikado, Ruddigore, Pirates of Penzance, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Trial by Jury, Oliver, Oklahoma, and West Side Story.

The Northern Light Opera Company is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our music director is a retired music professor, and the stage and technical directors from NYC are professionally trained at Juilliard and Ohio State University. Volunteers, performers, and technical crews take great pride in bringing quality musical theater to life. NLOC has an active Board of Directors that is engaged in all aspects.
