Retail & Customer Experience Associate

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy, and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts, home décor, cards, furniture, and other products, and assist with checkout and basic product questions. You’ll also help restock and organize merchandise, unpack and price new products, keep the store clean and customer-ready, and assist with displays and seasonal changes. As part of a small team, you’ll pitch in where needed to help keep the store running smoothly and create a warm, enjoyable experience for every customer.

Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. An interest in home décor, gifts, or merchandising is a plus.
