We invite you to a restorative weekend in nature. Through body-focused activities, movement, self-inquiry, mindful exploration, ceremony, and play, we will nourish ourselves and find our capacity to restore.

Assigned a bedroom in one of the cozy luxurious cabins (fireplace and whirlpool tubs!) at Crow Wing Crest Lodge in Akeley, you will find support and acknowledgment from group activities along with plenty of free time to process or decompress.  (On-site activities during free time include optional: reflexology, massage, ionic detox foot baths, aromatherapy blending, lakeside sauna, use of free canoes & kayaks, on-site nature trails, etc.)
