All youth ages 13-24 are welcome to the Youth Outreach Program at 600 Park Ave. N. Suite A (on Highway 71) to make their Christmas ornaments. You can make one for yourself, family, friends, or special people in your life. Find your inner creativity to make something special and unique just like you!
