Snowshoe Sundays at Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge

The visitor center is located 9 miles north of the junction of County Hwy 34 and County Hwy 29. For more information on the refuge and its events, go to www.fws.gov/refuge/tamarac. Description
Snowshoes will be available to borrow on Sundays, January 5th through February 23rd, at the Visitor Center from noon until 4:00 PM. Experience the quiet beauty of winter. Volunteers will be available to recommend a trail for you. There will also be an hour-long wildlife movie every Sunday at 2:00 PM.
